Resources that can be applied to an investee company by Auchroisk includes cash, loans, market listing guidance, fund raising opportunities new (additional) directors and new business partners.

 

It is the intention of the directors to list the shares in the Company on a suitable exchange in the future – or to invite a bid for the shares in a private sale.
