Holmes Investment Properties Plc (HIP) is a UK property investment company, that works with high-quality leisure operators for whom it sources, funds and develops new leisure destinations and adventure parks, in return for a long-term tenancy commitment. As publicly stated HIP has agreed terms with four leisure operators partners - and is negotiating with more leisure brands to build a portfolio of ten partners to work with.

In January 2018, the Company completed its first acquisition of Ashtour Limited, the company which owns and operates World of Golf in Croydon, UK. HIP is now focused on making further investments into this profitable business, upgrading the current offering and expanding the site to include other leisure activities

Each one of HIP’s partner is a successful leisure specialist with sites already operational in the UK, Europe and/or USA. With partners involved in every step of the process from sourcing to land purchase or leasing sites on a long-term basis, and design and construction, HIP’s plan is to able to deliver certainty and lower risk for investors. Each land purchase and building development is designed specifically for these leading leisure specialists.

HIP Plc intends to provide a site acquisition and build-out services to several fast-growing leisure operators, who have signed non-exclusive Memorandum of Understandings with HIP Plc. The Directors of HIP believe that a strategy focused on acquiring sites in the UK initially, then Europe, allowing for purpose built, multi-activity, indoor and outdoor venues will build competitive advantage and sustainable value for customers and investors.
